What a grand name for Baby Boy Grande! I love the sound of Jasper Franklin Louis Grande and would definitely pronounce Louis the English way (like Lewis). Very clever of you to link Jack and Jasper: unexpected, but I think it works fine. Congratulations!
I vote for Louis pronounced like "Lewis." Cool name.
